Diana Kleps is the Volunteer Managing Director at Latina Professionals, a group that helps Latina women succeed in their careers. She has been with the organization for over three years and previously worked at Latinx Professionals.
Since Diana joined, Latina Professionals has grown to 25,000 members and 20,000 LinkedIn followers. The group provides mentorship, job opportunities, and support for Latinas in many industries.
Diana is passionate about helping Latinas through education, money management, and career growth. She works to create more job opportunities in fields like STEM, business, sports, and the arts.
In her free time, Diana loves coaching kids in baseball, basketball, and flag football.
