Marshaun Barber, Executive Director - Reclaiming Our Greatness
Marshaun Barber is the Executive Director of Reclaiming Our Greatness, a nonprofit started in 2020 to help Black and other impacted individuals with housing, education, and legal support in Washington state.
With a background in civil legal aid, Marshaun saw that families did better when they had extra guidance through the legal and school systems.
Since then, the group has helped process nearly $1 million in rental aid, keeping many families in their homes. They’ve also added programs for domestic violence survivors, youth support, and money management.
Marshaun’s passion for helping others drives the group’s hands-on approach, building strong partnerships to keep their work going.
