Nickie Smith, Non-Profit President - Be Bold for Change
Nickie Smith is the co-founder and executive director of Be Bold For Change, a nonprofit she started 11 years ago after moving to the US.
Be Bold For Change began as an event for International Women’s Day and has grown to include a youth program called Be Bold Girls. The organization now works in the US, UK, and France, helping women and girls speak up and make change.
Nickie’s background includes working at Microsoft, which has helped support Be Bold For Change with volunteers and funding.
With Nickie leading, the organization launched a new program with the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools and started a project in the UK. Nickie also works as a coach, helping women through big life changes.
